PERSONNEL
ACES Int. employs a diverse range of Engineers with expertise and experience in Fabrication, Installation, Hook-Up and Commissioning, Metallurgy, Corrosion, Mechanical, Electrical, Welding Technology, Non-Destructive Testing, Planning, Cost Control, Material Control and related disciplines. We work with all relevant standards, codes, texts and site practices. And we are committed to ongoing training to ensure we keep up-to-date with new technology, methodologies and professional qualifications.
CONTROL
AT ACES Int., we have implemented a stringent selection procedure to make sure the most suitable candidates are submitted to our client. During this procedure, we pre-screen the candidates so only those with the best combination of skills and experience are presented to our client. The careful screening is proactive. It is executed so our client can avoid personnel changes mid-project, which runs up project costs and interferes with timelines. Our pre-screening process is thorough and the results speak for themselves: we continue to maintain a high-placement record of Engineers in the field.
